Transient Request Form

This form is for ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥app students wishing to be transient to another University System of Georgia institution. All fields are required.
  • I understand that the only financial aid that will transfer to another institution is HOPE Scholarship/Zell Miller Scholarship and any VA Educational Benefit.
  • I understand that I must pay any charges incurred at my host institution, unless I am a VA recipient using Chapter 31 or Chapter 33 for tuition and fees only.
    • Acknowledgment of the statements above to be true means that you understand that the only financial aid that will transfer to another institution is HOPE Scholarship/Zell Miller Scholarship and any VA Educational Benefit and that you must pay any charges incurred at your host institution. Students taking courses at multiple institutions should be aware that ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥app cannot credit any hours taken at another institution until the consortium agreement has been received and processed.
