Vehicle Documentation

Vehicles must have the following document in/on the vehicle at all times:

  • Holman information package
  • State fuel card
  • Insurance card
  • How’s My Driving sticker clearly visible on back bumper

Vehicle Maintenance

Department contacts will coordinate all maintenance for ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥app vehicles utilizing the Statewide Contract with  All vehicles are registered with Holman for maintenance management. Vehicles must be serviced or repaired by Holman approved service centers.

 Maintenance and Repair- Vehicles must be serviced or repaired by Holman approved service centers which are conveniently located in or near Valdosta. Holman also has out-of-town service locations.  Approved service locations may be found at:
