International Mailing Options
NOTE: Regular mail means sending documents through the United States Postal Service (USPS) , and not through private companies like FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Service), or DHL. There will be no tracking information available for items mailed through USPS, nor can we give an accurate timeframe on when to expect your documents. Students interested in using either FedEx, UPS, or DHL can request these mailing services by following the instructions for UEMS.
How To Receive Documents through regular mail:

If you are an incoming student, you will get an e-mail from the international student advisor, notifying you of your acceptance to ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥app. Incoming graduate students may get an e-mail or their acceptance letter directly from the graduate school. If this is the case, please contact the iss@valdosta.edu.

How To Receive Documents through (UEMS):
- For first-time users:
- Sign-up at this .
- After signing-up, click on "Receive Package from University" from the homepage.
- Click on the state of Georgia or select "Georgia" from the drop-down box, and click "Continue".
- Select " Valdosta State University" and click "Continue".
- Select "Center for International Programs" as the department, and click "Continue".
- Complete the shipping form and click on "Ship/Quote". Please put your ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥app ID number in the student ID box.
- On the confirmation page, check the details (Mailing Address, Name, etc.) and select the service you wish to use (DHL/FedEx).
- Fill out the credit card information, and click "Confirm". If the mailing request is successfully created, you will see the summary page, and we will get the notification for your request.
- We will process your documents, and UEMS will notify you if when it has left our office.
How to send documents through (UEMS):
- After signing-up, click on "Send Package to University" from the homepage.
- Click on the state of Georgia or select "Georgia" from the drop-down box, or type in " Valdosta State University" and click "Continue".
- (Skip this step if you clicked on the state) Select " Valdosta State University" and click "Continue".
- Select "Center for International Programs" as the department, and click "Continue".
- Complete the shipping form and click on "Ship/Quote". Please make sure your documents have your ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥app ID number on them.
- On the confirmation page, check the details (Mailing Address, Name, etc.) and select the service you wish to use (DHL/FedEx).
- Fill out the credit card information, and click "Confirm".
- Print out your shipping label, and ship your documents out.
